12.36.060: CITATIONS FOR VIOLATIONS; SPEEDS TO BE DESIGNATED: In every charge of violation of any speed regulation of this code, the traffic citation shall specify the speed at which the violator is alleged to have driven and the prima facie speed applicable within the district or at the location.
