Sec. 29-115. - Telephone service and television systems. (a) When telephone service to manufactured home stands is provided, the distribution systems shall be underground, unless economically impractical. (b) Where central television antenna systems are to be installed as part of the manufactured home park service, distribution to manufactured home stands may be overhead or underground, but shall be in general accord with the placement of the electrical distribution system.
