§ 2-743. - Composition. The Traffic and Transportation Commission shall consist of nine residents of the City appointed by the Mayor, with the consent and approval of the Council. At least one member shall be appointed from each ward. The term of each member shall be four years or until his successor takes office. Except as otherwise provided, terms of office shall expire on October 31 and commence on November 1. All members of the Commission shall serve without compensation, and the members shall hold no other public office or be engaged in public employment.
