Sec. 29-101. - General requirements for sewage disposal. An adequate and safe system shall be provided in all manufactured home parks for conveying and disposing of all sewage. Wherever feasible, connections shall be made to a public system. All new improvements shall be designed, constructed and maintained in accordance with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. (Ord. No. 85-498, § 1, 4-10-85)
