2173.11 - Impounding for violations. Whenever any bicycle or mobility device is operated by any person in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, such bicycle or mobility device may be seized by any member of the police department and impounded for not more than thirty (30) days in a pound which shall be established by the chief of police for such purpose.
