§ 10-24. - Suspension of operations; emergency measures. The Director, directly or through his authorized representative, shall at all times have authority to suspend or restrict any or all aeronautical, vehicular and pedestrian operations at any airport in the Department whenever the action is deemed necessary in the interest of safety. The Director is hereby empowered to employ in all cases of emergency any other measures of control as are deemed necessary to minimize hazards which endanger life and property.
