§ 10-23. - Same—Publication and filing. (a) Copies of rules to be distributed. Whenever the Director has promulgated rules and regulations and they have been placed in effect as provided, the Director shall have the authority and duty within the limits of budgeted funds available to provide duplicate copies of the rules and regulations in any number as may be necessary for the members of the airport personnel and to persons doing business with the Department and to other interested persons as may require copies of the regulations. (b) Copies of rules to be filed. A copy of the rules and regulations carrying the City Manager's approval and the dates of promulgation shall be filed with the Municipal Counselor, the City Manager and the City Clerk.
