in effectSec. 441-343. - Direction of travel on certain alleys, diagonal streets and circles.
(a) In the alleys running in a northerly-southerly direction within the boundaries of the central traffic district, except where otherwise expressly provided in this division, vehicular traffic shall move in the southerly direction only.
(b) In the alleys running in an easterly-westerly direction within the boundaries of the central traffic district, except where otherwise expressly provided in this division, vehicular traffic shall move in the westerly direction only except as follows:
(1) Vehicular traffic on Allegheny Street between Meridian Street and Illinois Street shall be two-way in the customary manner;
(2) Two-way traffic in the manner provided by law shall be allowed on Chesapeake Street, between Delaware Street and Pennsylvania Street.
(c) On the diagonal street running in a northeasterly direction from the intersection of Delaware Street and Fall Creek Parkway, North Drive, to Washington Boulevard, from the east curbline of Delaware Street to the west curbline of Washington Boulevard, traffic shall move in the northeasterly direction only.
(d) On the diagonal street running in a northwesterly direction from the intersection of Delaware Street and Fall Creek Parkway, North Drive, to Talbot Avenue, from the west curbline of Delaware Street to the east curbline of Talbot Avenue, traffic shall move in the northwesterly direction only.
(e) On the following circular streets, traffic shall move in a counterclockwise direction only:
Albright Court; | Marquette Court;
Audubon Circle; | Monument Circle;
Babson Court; | Oberlin Court;
Butternut Court; | Oglethorpe Court;
Citadel Court; | Pinyon Court;
Forum Circle; | Pomona Court;
Holyoke Court; | Rollins Court;
Hunters Patch Circle; | Standford Court;
Irving Court; | Sweet Bay Court;
Lehigh Court; | Whitewood Court.
(f) On the half-circle known as Meadows Court, traffic shall move in the counterclockwise direction only and the traffic shall enter Meadows Court only at the county intersection of Meadows Court and Meadows Drive.
