§ 13-2-78 - ABANDONED PROPERTY. A holder who receives property from a driver under Section 13-2-60 (Disposition of Abandoned Property) shall attempt to locate the passenger. A holder who is unable to locate the passenger shall deliver the property to the Austin Police Department not later than the 30th day after receiving the property.
