§62.1213 Excavation and Trench Liability Each facility owner is responsible for the quality of the excavation performed in the public right-of-way and is liable for the consequences of any condition of such excavation and any facilities installed in the public right-of- way. The issuance of any permit, inspection, repair or suggestion, approval or acquiescence of any person affiliated with the City shall not excuse any owner or agent from such responsibility or liability.
