§ 21-289. - Vehicles carrying mix; plant surroundings. All vehicles used for the transportation of mix or frozen desserts or their ingredients shall be so constructed and operated as to protect their contents from the sun and from contamination. Such vehicles shall be kept clean, and no substance capable of contaminating mix or frozen desserts or their ingredients shall be transported therewith in such manner as to permit contamination. All vehicles used for the distribution of mix or frozen desserts shall have the name of the distributor prominently displayed. The immediate surroundings of all mix and frozen desserts plants shall be kept in a neat, clean condition. (Code 1970, § 16-75(w); Code 1980, § 21-219)
