§52.5309 Additional Notice Provisions for Legal Owners The notice of forfeiture shall also inform any legal owner of its right to conduct the sale pursuant to Section 52.5317. If notice was not sent to the legal owner within two days, the City shall not charge the legal owner for more than 15 days’ impoundment when the legal owner redeems the impounded vehicle. No processing charges shall be imposed on a legal owner who redeems an impounded vehicle within 15 days of the impoundment of that vehicle.
