11.52.320 - City lots—Conformance to signs. When signs are erected giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle within a City parking facility in violation of such limitations. Violations of this Section include: (A) Parking a vehicle at a location within the City parking facility or in a manner that is contrary to or prohibited by the posted limitations; and (B) The failure to pay a required parking fee in accordance with LVMC 11.52.310.
