Upon the expiration of an approved application, all previously approved applications for the same project shall also expire on the expiration date prescribed in Section 19.41.010 above if the filing of an application was required to avoid expiration for the previously approved application(s), except as provided in Section 19.41.010. Thereafter, a new application for each application that has been deemed to have expired under this chapter must be approved subject to regulations in effect at the time the new application is submitted.
