Sec. 160.106. - Evidence of test. Unless a load test is made in the presence of the administrator, a copy of the test made by a person qualified to perform such tests, along with a diagram and procedure for setup which has been reviewed and approved by a professional engineer, and other relevant information as the administrator may require, shall be filed with the administrator.
