§ 25-5. - Term of members; removal from office. (a) Members of the Commission shall be appointed for an initial term of office of three (3) years or until a successor is appointed and confirmed, except that initially those members appointed from even-numbered wards shall serve a term of two (2) years. Thereafter, all terms shall be for a period of three (3) years. (b) A member of the Commission may be removed by the Mayor without cause, with the consent of the City Council. (Ord.
