.03 License Requirement. A. A person may not own or operate an adult entertainment business in Baltimore City without first obtaining an adult entertainment business license in accordance with City Code Article 15, Title 1. B. A licensee shall display a framed copy of licensee's license in a conspicuous area that is visible to the public. C. A licensee shall present the license to an authorized public official upon request.
