Sec. 23-134. - Interference with the water distribution system. It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to operate or damage, by interference and/or tampering, the valves on the street mains or any part of the water distribution system. Plumbers or property owners may, in an emergency, shut off water at the curb cutoff valve. (Code 1985, § 23-88)
