16.09.080 - Section 1607 amended—Payment. 1607 of the Uniform Housing Code is amended to read as follows: The City Council in its discretion may determine that assessment shall be payable in not to exceed five equal annual installments. The Council's determination to allow payment of such assessments in installments, the number of installments, whether they shall bear interest, and the rate thereof shall be by a resolution adopted prior to the confirmation of the assessment.
