11.24.040 - Intent to avoid time limitations. For purposes of the twenty-four-hour and seventy-two-hour limitations contained in LVMC 11.24.010 and 11.24.030, vehicles which are moved short distances with the intent of avoiding the time limitations will be considered in violation and are subject to citation and tow.
