§98.1008 Enforcement Any qualified entity entitled to notice and an opportunity to purchase an assisted housing development under this Division may bring an action for injunctive relief, damages, or any other remedy. In any judicial action brought to enforce this Division, the court may award reasonable attorney’s fees and costs to a qualified entity.
