Standard Amusement Device Code Section 108, board of adjustments and appeals, is deleted in its entirety and reworded as follows: Section 108—Board of Adjustments and Appeals. The Board of Adjustments and Appeals as established under Section 111 (amended) of the Standard Building Code shall be the designated body for the express purpose of providing for the final interpretation of provisions of this Code.
