Denver Revised Municipal Code § 32-54.5

(a) Body art establishments and mobile body art vehicles shall pay the following fees:
(1) Application fee .....$200.00
(2) License fee, per year .....200.00
(b) Body artists shall pay the following fees:
(1) Application fee .....$25.00
(2) License fee, per year .....25.00
(3) Temporary permit, per event .....25.00
(c) Temporary special event body art facility permit:
(1) Application fee .....$100.00
(2) Permit fee, per event .....100.00
