§ 47-624. - Inspections. No part of a small sewage treatment system shall be covered or concealed in any manner unless it has been inspected for compliance with the applicable provisions of this article by the Director of the Health Department or his authorized representative. No person shall use or operate any small sewage treatment system installed, constructed, repaired or extended under this article without it first having been inspected and approved by the Director of the Health Department. The cost for the inspection shall be included in the percolation test fee as established by the Health Department. (Code 1970, §§ 18-16, 18-17; Code 1980, § 47-190; Ord. No. 18105, § 1, 5-7-85; Ord.
