§141.1106 Theater Marquees Theater marquees may be permitted with a Neighborhood Use Permit in the zones indicated with an “N” in the Use Regulations Tables in Chapter 13, Article 1 (Base Zones) subject to the following regulations. (a) Theater marquees that existed before April 5, 1973 are exempt from the provisions of this section. (b) The decision maker will review and may impose conditions on changeable copy and trailing lights when on theater marquees that project over the public right-of-way. (Renumbered from former Section 141.1103 on 11-13-2008 by O-19804 N.S; effective 12-13-2008.)
