in effect573.04 - Application fee.
(a) Each application for a mobile food vending license shall be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00).
(b) Each application for a health license shall be accompanied by such fee as may be required by the State or Columbus Public Health. Such fee, if remitted to the License Section, shall be provided forthwith to Columbus Public Health.
