Sec. 4.04.050. - Transferability. A license issued under any provision of this title shall not be transferred or assigned, in any manner, nor authorize any person other than the licensee to conduct business. Any purported transfer in violation of this section shall be void and of no effect whatsoever. A license issued under any provision of this title shall not authorize the conduct of any business at any location other than those specified on the license. (Ord. No. 4764, § 1, 7-8-97)
