§ 17-4. Administration. (a) Records; rules and regulations. The Department: (1) shall keep a minute book and other records of its proceedings; and (2) shall have power to adopt and enforce rules and regulations for the management of the Department and the activities conducted by it. (b) Voting by Board. A majority of the Board of Recreation and Parks shall constitute a sufficient quorum for the transaction of business. (Ord. 42-701.)
