§ 20-294 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. Upon presentation of satisfactory evidence that all fees and taxes, including ad valorem taxes, as may be required by law, levied upon the motor vehicle junkyard or business of an applicant have been fully paid, that the site for such yard or business is properly zoned and that such yard or business has received the required board of adjustment approval, the building official shall issue a certificate of occupancy for such yard or business.
