§ 20-293 APPLICATION FOR PROPER ZONING, BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT APPROVAL. Application for proper zoning and application for board of adjustment approval shall be made to the planning and development department, applications division, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the zoning ordinance of the city.
