6.08.140 - Establishment of City Zone. The incorporated areas of the City shall be considered the City Zone. The City Zone shall not receive disproportionate service as compared with other local jurisdictions served by the franchisee. In the event that the City establishes sub-zones within the City Zone, the franchisee shall assure that no single sub-zone receives disproportionate service as compared with other sub-zones within the City Zone.
