16.32.010 - Reference to Fire Code. This chapter shall be known as the "Fire Code" and may be cited as such. Whenever in this Code or any ordinance of the City the phrases "California Fire Code" or "Fire Code" appear, such phrases shall be deemed and construed to refer to or apply to this chapter. The addition of the word "standards" to such phrases shall limit the reference and application of such phrases to the "California Fire Code Standards." (Ord. 7745, § 1(Exh. A), 2025)
