§61.0732 Notice Inviting Bids At any time after the assessment is recorded, the Council shall call for sealed bids on the bonds proposed to be issued. Notice inviting bids shall be given by one publication in the City official newspaper at least ten (10) days before the bids are to be opened. The bonds shall be sold for cash to the highest responsible bidder. (“Notice Inviting Bids” added 2–27–1969 by O–9976 N.S.)
