Upon those streets, highways, thoroughfares, or parts thereof, described in Schedule 18-VI, a copy of which is to be maintained for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk and the office of the City Traffic Engineer, and which may be amended from time to time by written finding of the City Traffic Engineer, it shall be unlawful to stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or length of time other than for the expeditious loading and unloading of passengers from a licensed tour bus, shuttle bus or limo in any place marked as a Tour Bus, Shuttle Bus or Limo Loading Zone during hours where the provisions applicable to such zones are in effect. In no case shall the stop for the loading or unloading of passengers exceed thirty minutes.
