Sec. 645-547. - Exception to restriction. Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 645-512 or 645-546, the division of construction and business services of the department of business and neighborhood services may permit Ogden Martin Systems of Indianapolis, Inc., to establish a steam line within the public right-of-way on Harding Street from one thousand (1,000) feet south of Raymond Street to Kentucky Avenue.
