§61.2071 City Annexation Unincorporated territory which is being annexed to the City may be annexed to a park facilities district as a part of the proceedings annexing said territory to the City, in which event the City annexation proceedings shall be supplemented to provide for the annexation of the same territory to a park facilities district.
