11.52.280 - Signposting required. Whenever by any provision of LVMC 11.52.030 to 11.52.270, inclusive, any parking time limit is imposed or parking is prohibited on designated streets, the City Traffic Engineer shall cause to be placed the appropriate signs, meters, markings or curb or surface painting giving notice thereof, and no such provision shall be effective unless said signs, meters, markings or curb or surface painting are in place at the time of any alleged offense.
