Sec. 2-557. - Duties of division generally. (a) The equal employment opportunity division will be responsible for the implementation of this program. (b) The equal employment opportunity division will work closely with all city departments to provide city employees and applicants for employment with the city with an opportunity to express complaints of discrimination based on race, color, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, age or national origin. (c) The equal employment opportunity division will also work with the city training officer to orientate city employees to the functions of the program. Counseling will be provided to all city employees and applicants for employment with the city. (Ord. No. 2013-09-05-0577, § 1, 9-5-13)
