Sec. 24-185. - Weekly report of interments. All overseers, sextons or other persons who have control over any graveyard, cemetery or burying ground within the city, or ten (10) miles thereof, shall make a weekly report to the manager of public health and environment of all interments during the week in such place whereof they are overseers or sextons, or in control, specifying the name and age of each person interred; his sex, color, place of birth, and place of death; and the date and cause of death.
