San Diego Municipal Code § 61.2350 Change of Work, Boundaries of Assessment District, Amounts of Assessments or Proceedings

§61.2350 Change of Work, Boundaries of Assessment District, Amounts of Assessments or Proceedings The manner in which changes of work, boundaries, assessments or the like shall be as provided in Division 12, Chapter 4.5 of the California Streets and Highways Code (Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, Sections 10351 through 10358). Said provisions shall be harmonized to conform to the provisions of this Division and as harmonized they are hereby adopted and referred to and made part of this Division with the same force and effect as though specifically set forth herein.
