§ 15-10-73 - VEHICLE OR EQUIPMENT MINOR MAINTENANCE FACILITY. A person operating a vehicle or equipment minor repair business that performs engine tune-up, air conditioning repair, electrical repair, front end alignments, exhaust system repair, suspension system repair, or brake system repair, shall obtain the director's approval of the building design, size, and construction before discharging floor wash water to the POTW through a pretreatment facility.
