6.80A.060 - Temporary commercial permit—Work card. (A) If the operation of a temporary merchant requires a temporary commercial permit pursuant to LVMC 19.16.160, the applicant shall file, along with the application for a temporary merchant permit, written evidence that a temporary commercial permit has been obtained. (B) An applicant for a temporary merchant permit who does not possess a valid business license will be referred to Metro to obtain a work card pursuant to LVMC Chapter 6.86.
