Columbus City Codes § 903.99
in effect903.99 - Penalty.
(a) Subject to the provisions of Section 908.02, any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each successive day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) Strict liability is intended for violations of this chapter.
(c) Organization criminal liability as provided for in City Code Section 2301.23, is intended for violations of this chapter.
