§ 82-41 Vehicle Equipment – Technology System Installation. (a) Required Installation. A Licensee must ensure that the Street Hail Livery operating under a Street Hail Livery License is equipped with a Technology System approved by the Commission pursuant to 35 RCNY Chapter 66. 35 RCNY § 82-41(a) Fine: $1,000 and suspension until compliance Appearance REQUIRED (b) E-Hail Application.
