11.62.060 - Application approval requirements. Upon receipt of: (A) A completed application for a highway solicitation permit; (B) Payment of a permit fee in the sum of fifty dollars; and (C) Satisfactory proof that the applicant has procured a comprehensive general liability insurance policy in the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars that names the City as an additional assured; The Director of the Department shall review the application for approval.
