§ 2-442. - Minimum number of bids; standards for awarding bids. All open market purchases in amounts established by The City Of Oklahoma City's Purchasing Policies and Procedures, shall, wherever possible, be based on at least three informal competitive bids, and shall be awarded to the lowest and best bidder in accordance with the standards set forth in this article.
