Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 51-1 Definitions.

§ 51-1. - Definitions. The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) Director means the Chief Executive Officer of the Health Department or his designated representative. (2) Person means any individual, partnership, copartnership, firm, company, corporation, association, joint stock company, trust, estate, municipality, or other legal entity or their representative, agent or assigns. (3) Year means the fiscal year beginning July 1 through June 30. (4) Department means the Health Department. (Code 1980, § 51-1.1; Ord. No. 19756, § 1, 5-19-92)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 51-2 Certified pool operator required.

§ 51-2. - Certified pool operator required. It shall be unlawful for any person owning, operating or managing a public bathing place to fail to employ or fail to keep in his employment at least one certified pool operator who is a full-time supervisory employee of said establishment and who has a valid and current pool operator's certificate as issued by the Director. A certified pool operator must be an on-site employee and only use his/her certificate at that location. (Code 1980, § 51-2.1; Ord. No. 19756, § 1, 5-19-92)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 51-3 Disposition of fees.

§ 51-3. - Disposition of fees. All fees collected by the Health Department under authority of this chapter shall be deposited with the Oklahoma County Treasurer, pursuant to 19 O.S. § 681, and shall be transferred and added to the Health Department's appropriations pursuant to 63 O.S. § 1-206.1.
