§82.28 Obedience to Authorized Personnel and Traffic Regulations (a) No person shall refuse or fail to comply with any law, any lawful order, signal or direction of a police officer, member of the Fire Department, or person authorized by the Chief of Police. (b) No person shall disobey the instruction of any official traffic control device placed in accordance with this chapter or the Vehicle Code unless directed by a police officer, or other authorized person, subject to the exceptions granted the operator of an authorized emergency vehicle when responding to emergency calls.
