§ 9-302 INSPECTION FEES. The city will inspect community facilities being constructed to ensure that the community facilities are constructed in accordance with the engineering plans. The developer must pay the construction inspection service fees set forth in § 2-321 of the city code to the city to cover the city's cost for performing inspections.
