Sec. 26-413. - Duty of valet parking operator. It shall be the duty of every valet parking operator to cause each of the operator's attendants to comply with the requirements of this article and any permit issued hereunder. Further, it shall be the duty of valet parking operators that are not required to be permitted to maintain a copy of proof of insurance coverage for valet parking operations at each location where valet operations are performed and to display it upon request.
